Pay Monthly Health Plan Bill
This information is for members who purchased an individual or family plan directly from Premera or through healthcare.gov. Members who have a plan through an employer or another group, do not use this bill-pay system and contact your group administrator.

Individual and family plan members
If you are the subscriber (primary policyholder) on your plan, you can pay your monthly bill using any of the following options.
Payment options for individual and family plan members
Pay online: One-time payment or autopay
- Sign in to your online account. (Create an account if you have not yet done so.)
- Once signed in, use the payment buttons to make a one-time payment or to manage recurring automatic payments (autopay). Make sure to enable pop-ups or the payment system will not function properly.
Automatic payments must be set up by the 23rd of the month in order to draft the following month’s premium payment on the 28th.
Pay by phone
- Call 888-874-4178 to use our automated payment system. Have your subscriber ID handy.
- You can also call the customer service number on the back of your ID card. Customer service cannot take payment over the phone, so please follow the phone prompts to make a payment.
Pay by check
- Write your member ID on your check.
- Detach the payment coupon portion of your invoice (at the bottom of page 1) and include it with your check. Use the enclosed envelope.

Pay with bank bill pay
- Access your bank’s online bill pay system. Have your subscriber ID handy.
- When setting up your bank bill pay, select Premera Blue Cross.
- When prompted, select this exact address:
